Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and other computer systems to update client records and inventory logs. Support warehouse operations by organizing shipments, verifying inventory levels, and assisting with receiving and dispatching goods. Handle cash transactions with precision during sales or order pickups while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain excellent communication skills with team members and clients to foster positive relationships and ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with phone etiquette. Strong computer skills including ) data entry accuracy. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly. Previous experience in a warehouse setting or logistics environment is a plus; familiarity with inventory management is beneficial and able to operate a forklift and a electric pallet jack. Able to pick up 75lbs. Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
