Customer Service Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery Driver

Job Summary Join the Independence Ford family as a Pick-up and Delivery Driver, where you will be a vital link connecting our dealership with our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting our customer's vehicles back and forth between the dealership in Bloomsburg PA and their local homes or work. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure satisfied customers. In many ways you would be the face of the dealership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and build a career with a future at Independence Ford. Duties Safely transport vehicles to and from our customers home or work. Utilizing mobile devices for navigation and follow procedures with the required technology. Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and traffic laws during every trip. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with our customers during pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for all completed routes. Coordinate with all dealership departments to ensure all customer pick-ups are efficiently scheduled. Assist the Service department with any and all extra duties as directed Qualifications Prior experience in customer relations. Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused. Computer, tablet, and smart phone skills. Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with route driving using mobile devices or GPS systems; excellent navigation skills. Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills; ability to handle a fast-paced environment efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations.
