Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Apply Now Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, explaining available services, scheduling appointments, and dispatching and routing field technicians to daily jobs. The ideal candidate is an organized, professional communicator who can manage multiple priorities while providing an excellent customer experience. Compensation and Benefits $18.00–$20.00 per hour Full-time, in-office position 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner Respond to questions and explain the company’s services Schedule and confirm customer appointments Dispatch technicians to daily service calls Coordinate technician schedules and determine efficient job routes Communicate scheduling updates to customers and technicians Maintain accurate customer and appointment information Provide a positive customer experience from the initial call through completion of service Assist with general administrative and customer-service responsibilities as needed Schedule Monday through Friday Eight-hour daytime shift Full-time and in office Occasional weekend availability may be required Qualifications Excellent customer-service and telephone skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to stay organized and manage multiple appointments and priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Comfortable working in a fast-paced scheduling and dispatch environment Experience in plumbing, restoration, construction, field services, or a related industry is helpful but not required Salesforce experience is helpful but not required Previous customer service, call-center, scheduling, or dispatch experience is preferred About Our Client Our client is an established service provider supporting residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
