**Shipping & Customer Service Associate** Small shipping, mail, and print center We’re looking for a dependable, personable team member to help with package handling and front-counter customer service. You’ll split time between preparing shipments and assisting customers with mailing, drop-offs, and general questions. **What you’ll do** - Receive, sort, weigh, and prepare packages for shipment - Help customers with mailing services, package drop-offs, and basic shipping questions - Answer the phone and handle in-person inquiries in a friendly, accurate way - Keep the counter and package area organized and stocked - Support simple print-shop tasks as needed (copies, basic jobs, customer handoff) **What we’re looking for** - Reliable attendance and a steady, careful approach to detail - Comfort talking with customers and staying patient during busy periods - Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 40–50 lbs, with help available for heavier items) - Basic computer comfort for shipping software and point-of-sales, (will train on software) - Prior shipping, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
