Our Redmond, OR Distribution Center location is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to grow with us. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator professional to join our team. This multifaceted role is vital in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, exceptional customer service, and accurate financial transactions. Duties Logistics & Shipping Coordinate shipments via UPS, FedEx Ground, and LTL carriers . Prepare shipping paperwork and labels. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Customer Service Handle customer service inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, or product availability with professionalism and promptness. Resolve issues quickly and professionally. Build strong relationships with customers. Order Processing Create quotes and order confirmations Enter orders and customer information. Generate invoices. Requirements Experience in logistics, shipping and customer service preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Would you prefer to work in a small office where everyone pitches in or a larger office where everyone has their own specific responsibilities?
