Code Electrical Classes & Bookstore Inc. | Winter Park, FL 32792 Pay: $15 -$17/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hrs/week About the job We publish and sell study books that help electricians pass their licensing exams. We're looking for a dependable, organized person to help our customers by phone and email, and to get their orders packed and shipped quickly and correctly. No experience is needed because we'll train you on everything. What you'll do: Customer service Answer phone calls and emails about orders, products and shipping Enter customer orders into our system and double-check every detail Give customers order status and tracking updates Handle issues like returns, damaged items or wrong addresses in a friendly, professional way Recommend related books and materials when they would help the customer Shipping and inventory Pick, pack and ship book orders accurately and on time Print shipping labels and prepare USPS/FEDEX packages Receive incoming shipments and restock shelves Keep track of inventory and let us know when stock is running low Keep the packing and work areas clean and organized (light cleaning on certain days) What we're looking for A friendly, patient communicator who enjoys helping people Strong attention to detail, since accuracy matters on every order Reliable and on time Comfortable using a computer for email and order entry Able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for parts of the day Able to handle several tasks at once and stay organized Nice to have, but not required: experience in customer service, retail, or shipping/warehouse work Why work with us A steady full-time schedule with weekends off / consistent hours Paid training, so no experience is needed A small, supportive team where your work is noticed Work that helps electricians build their careers Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
