Customer Service & Shipping Associate

Join the friendly team at Pack & Mail! We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused person to join our team. This is a hands-on position where every day can be a little different. You’ll help customers with shipping, packing, printing, mail services, and other day-to-day needs. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, learning new things, and being part of a small team, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Help customers choose shipping options and prepare packages for shipment Carefully pack items of various sizes and values for safe transportation Accurately measure and weigh packages Scan, sort, and organize customer mail and packages Assist customers with copying, printing, scanning, and faxing Process customer transactions accurately Keep work areas organized, clean, and stocked Help receive, move, and organize supplies and inventory Learn our products, services, and computer systems Work with other team members to keep the store running smoothly What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and completing transactions Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds The Right Person for This Job You don’t need to know everything about shipping or packing when you start—we can teach you. What matters most is that you are reliable, willing to learn, comfortable working with customers, and pay attention to details.
