Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance with customer service matters. Process retail and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently. Generate and print shipping labels and prepare orders for pickup by FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Carefully wrap, protect, and pack glass bottles and other fragile products to ensure safe transportation. Prepare and maintain an inventory of pre-packed glass products to ensure they are readily available for future orders and shipments. Verify order accuracy, including product quantities, packaging, and shipping information. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing and shipping area. Assist with other shipping, order fulfillment, and general warehouse tasks as needed. What Will Help You Succeed in This Role Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday . Ability to lift and carry bags and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing, packing, and shipping orders. Good communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly attitude. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn order management and shipping software. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Careful handling of fragile products, especially glass bottles, to prevent damage during shipping. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to learn new tasks, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including standing, packing, and lifting boxes as needed. Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
