Customer Service Representative- First Shift

Central Storage & Warehouse (CSW) is a provider of temperature-controlled warehouse services in Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our distribution center in Caledonia with starting hourly pay of $17.50 plus fully paid employee health & dental insurance. The hours of this position would be 7:00am- 3:30pm , Monday - Friday, some weekends required. Responsibilities: Perform all administrative tasks of a shipping & receiving office, such as: print bills of lading & process system updates Check-in & check-out drivers who are delivering or picking up freight Answer phones & emails in a prompt and courteous manner Verify & process shipping documents with 100% accuracy Keep doors, dock & yard status updated Communicate problems, concerns & ideas to management; assist in finding solutions Special assignments or other roles as assigned Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent Customer service experience in fast paced environment Shipping & Receiving administrative experience a plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent interpersonal skills Strong computer experience with ability to learn new programs Ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions & minimal supervision Strong attention to detail & organizational skills Benefits: Hiring immediately Competitive hourly wage starting at $17.50 Paid weekly Overtime opportunities Fully paid employee health, dental & life insurance 401K company match + Profit Sharing Opportunities to advance and grow within the company About CSW: Established in 1947, Central Storage & Warehouse has built long term relationships by being responsive to customer needs with personalized service.
