The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for managing customer interactions, order processing, and issue resolution with a higher level of independence and complexity. This role supports customer accounts, coordinates closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, and ensures accurate and timely execution of orders. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to overall service performance. What You Can Expect to Do as a Customer Service Representative II: Process and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy and ownership. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, pricing, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or potential issues. Resolve order discrepancies, billing concerns, and service issues independently when possible. Maintain accurate customer and order data within ERP and CRM systems. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Support onboarding and training of Customer Service Representative I team members as needed. What We Are Looking For in a Customer Service Representative II: Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role. Strong understanding of customer service processes and order-to-cash workflows. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
