As you gain experience, you may have opportunities to explore different departments within the company, including Inside Sales, Pricing, Logistics, Operations, and other business functions, depending on your interests, strengths, performance, and business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Assist customers with shipment updates, service requests, and general transportation-related questions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Prepare and enter customer quotes for transportation services
• Learn and use company systems, processes, and transportation management software.
• Maintain accurate customer information, shipment details, and related documentation.
• Build strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
• Support additional departmental tasks and projects as required.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
