As we grow our presence in the US, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team. THE ROLE We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage daily customer inquiries and support our growing e-commerce operations. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth shopping experience from purchase to delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customer inquiries via email, website chat, and social media. Manage customer service requests, including order updates, shipping questions, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Monitor Shopify orders and assist with order-related issues. Coordinate with our fulfillment partner (3PL) to resolve shipping delays, missing packages, and inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved inquiries. Assist with customer feedback, product questions, and sizing recommendations. Help improve customer service processes as the brand grows. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems. Friendly, professional, and patient when communicating with customers. Interest in fashion, streetwear, and contemporary culture. Vietnamese language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
