Customer Service Representative / Driver Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill this dual role in Customer Service Representative and Driver Manager. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and drivers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer and driver satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond to customer and driver inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Assist customers and drivers with order processing and troubleshooting issues. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer and driver inquiries or promote new offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer and driver interactions and transactions in our computerized system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and driver processes. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a driver operations role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in using computers and industry standard applications for data entry and record keeping. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer and driver support.
