Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher – Plumbing Service Johnson Brothers Plumbing, Inc. – Ocala, FL Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $16.00–$19.00 per hour Join Our Team Johnson Brothers Plumbing is a family-owned and operated plumbing company that has proudly served Ocala and the surrounding communities for more than 20 years. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our office team. Our goal is simple: to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest level of professionalism, communication, and care. As the first voice many of our customers hear, you will play an important role in setting the tone for their entire experience with our company. This position involves more than answering phones—you will help customers, schedule service appointments, communicate with technicians, and keep our service department running smoothly. What You’ll Do Help customers feel confident that they called the right plumbing company Answer incoming calls with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Listen carefully and gather accurate information about each customer’s plumbing needs Schedule service appointments and enter detailed job information into our scheduling software Monitor and respond to customer emails, text messages, and other communications Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and job records Communicate with service technicians and office team members throughout the day Help coordinate the daily schedule and respond to changes as they arise Manage multiple tasks and interruptions while remaining calm and organized Follow through on assigned responsibilities and customer needs Who You Are Dependable: Your coworkers and customers can count on you to be present, prepared, and follow through. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer and typing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to learn scheduling and customer-management software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service-industry office experience is preferred ServiceTitan experience is a plus Plumbing or home-service industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts Some flexibility in scheduling Company-matching retirement plan Six company-paid holidays Paid vacation time Paid sick time Employee discounts Work Location This is an in-person position at our Ocala office: Ocala, FL 34480 Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office and maintain dependable attendance.
