Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Part-Time CSR/Dispatcher Work Location: In person – Las Vegas, NV We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Dispatcher. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a professional phone presence, strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating service calls and supporting Dispatching. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through scheduling, communication, and customer follow-up. Schedule service appointments and explain the benefits of our services to address customer questions and scheduling concerns. Handle customer concerns and make appropriate invoice adjustments related to billing or service. Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and provide an excellent customer experience. Communicate with technicians to coordinate daily service calls. Maintain accurate time tracking for all technicians Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed services. Contact customers to schedule approved work from outstanding estimates. Maintain accurate customer records and service information. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional phone presence and strong problem-solving abilities. Above-average computer skills and working knowledge of common software applications. Solid typing skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on achieving results. Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center is a plus. Competitive pay of $19.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
