Customer Service Representative (Dispatcher)

Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for dispatching Schedule jobs, and ensure that work orders are fulfilled Monitor fleet movements using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals and optimized routing plans Communicate clearly and professionally via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to address customer inquiries promptly. Manage documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Coordinate with teams on technician schedules, availability, and priority jobs using Service Titan. Experience Proven experience in dispatching is highly preferred. Familiarity with dispatching management systems such as Service Titan is preferred but not required. Knowledge of GPS tracking technologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Demonstrated analysis skills for reviewing logistics data to improve overall performance. Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all dispatching activities.
