Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

We’re a growing trades company in , KY, specializing in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We’re looking for a CSR/Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers daily. You’ll play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing schedules, assisting customers, and maintaining the systems that keep our business organized and efficient. Service Titan experience a plus!!! What You’ll Do Customer Service & Scheduling Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with professionalism and care Schedule and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently Manage and update our field service management system Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintenance scheduling Office Administration Maintain service contracts and schedule annual maintenance visits Coordinate employee HR documentation Order and track office supplies and employee apparel Support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly Billing & Collections Review and follow up on past due invoices Record payments and support bookkeeping tasks What We’re Looking For 2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience (preferably in the trades or service industry) Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient with computers and scheduling software (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Benefits & Compensation Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match 8 paid holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
