Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher – Plumbing Magnolia Heating, Cooling & Plumbing | Riverside, CA $24.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | In-Office Join the Magnolia Team! Magnolia Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who understands the residential plumbing industry and knows how to keep customers and technicians moving. This is not an entry-level call center position . We're looking for someone with residential home services experience who understands plumbing terminology, can confidently speak with homeowners, and has experience working in Service Titan . If you're organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and know how to provide an excellent customer experience while keeping a busy plumbing schedule running smoothly, we want to hear from you! Compensation & Benefits $24.00 per hour Full-time, year-round position Full benefits package Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays Monday–Friday schedule Stable, in-office position with a growing home services company Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Schedule residential plumbing service calls and accurately identify customer needs Dispatch plumbing technicians based on location, skill set, urgency, and availability Manage and adjust the daily service board to keep technicians productive and customers informed Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, technician arrival updates, and schedule changes Make outbound calls for follow-ups, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and customer needs Maintain accurate customer, job, and technician information in Service Titan Work closely with plumbing leadership and field technicians to maximize daily efficiency Ensure service calls are properly documented and closed out Provide an excellent customer experience from the first phone call through completion of service What We're Looking For Residential plumbing or home services experience strongly preferred Service Titan experience required Previous CSR, dispatcher, DSR, or call center experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or another residential trade Working knowledge of common residential plumbing services and terminology Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy service board Comfortable communicating with both homeowners and field technicians Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry Dependable, organized, and able to work well under pressure Sales-minded with the ability to turn customer calls into booked appointments Positive attitude and team-first mentality Schedule Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM This is a full-time, in-office position Location: 6990 Jurupa Ave, Riverside, CA 92504 Why Magnolia?
