We need one person who owns the phones and the schedule. What you'll do Answer every call on our office line, live, by the third ring Reply to new web and text leads within minutes and book inspections Schedule jobs in Workiz and confirm every appointment the day before Build tomorrow's crew schedule with our foremen Send invoices and payment links, and follow up on past-due balances The hard parts (we'd rather tell you now) Some callers are upset. You stay calm, take care of them, and get a manager on it. Six days a week: Sunday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturdays off. You never quote prices. Our estimators do that after an inspection. You'll be good at this if You've done 1+ year of customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or front desk You can talk, type, and look at a calendar at the same time You're organized and you follow through What we offer $26 to $30 an hour, plus overtime for hours over 40 Paid training on Workiz NJ earned sick leave How to apply: apply here, then call (732) 992-6526.
