Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher

Plumbing Champions is a growing, locally owned plumbing service company looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. You will often be the first person our customers speak with, so this is an important role within our company. We are looking for someone who can provide an excellent customer experience, confidently handle incoming calls, keep our schedule organized, and help our technicians have successful days in the field. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner Schedule plumbing service appointments Ask the right questions to understand the customer's needs Enter accurate customer and job information into ServiceTitan Dispatch and coordinate technicians throughout the day Communicate arrival times and schedule changes with customers Follow up with customers when needed Help maintain an organized and productive daily schedule Work closely with technicians and management Assist with additional office responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Excellent phone and customer service skills Friendly, confident, and professional communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to handle multiple calls and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Ability to stay calm and professional with frustrated customers Willingness to learn about plumbing and the services we provide ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, dispatching, customer service, or a call center is a plus.
