Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers with inventory, order processing, and billing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, or EDI. Process orders for production, shipping, or changes. Enter and manage outbound orders in warehouse management software. Generate pick tickets and bills of lading. Schedule appointments and check in carriers upon arrival. Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability. Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve customer concerns. Perform other duties as assigned. What Were Looking For: Experience in transportation management, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Why Join Us?
