Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher

Primary Function: To coordinate the scheduling and field placement of technical personnel in the service of Pacific Rim Mechanical's Customers. To assist in the overall coordination of business systems administration and support for both internal and external clients. Typical Duties: Responsible for the coordination, scheduling and field placement of service technicians for emergency service calls and open projects. Provide clients with estimated arrival times for emergency service and updates on open projects. Act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, project managers, sales engineers, and Area Service Managers. Coordinate and monitor technician’s location and assignments to ensure field technicians are on time and following proper protocol for customer satisfaction. Review work orders prior to billing, including proof reading and accuracy of labor hours and material. Coordinate project start-ups with clients, project managers, and service technicians. Maintain positive communication with all current customers and potential customers to facilitate growth opportunities. Promptly address customer concerns and complaints to assure resolution and to maintain long-term relationships. Advise Area Service Managers or Directors of all major customer issues and provide an action plan for resolution. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience: 2 years dispatch or equivalent work related experience. Basic computer and typing skills, (MS Word Excel). Office organization skills required. Knowledge in Key 2 Act and CRM system is a plus.
