Customer Service/Parts Consultant & Equipment Sales

Assist customers unload equipment when dropping off equipment for repairs (required to lift 50lbs regularily). Accurately fill in work orders, create invoices and arrange delivery of repaired units. Arrange delivery route for driver Look up specific parts for customers based on equipment and engines model numbers. Answer phone calls and emails Assist customers in finding appropriate equipment to meet their needs (sales). Restock shelves in showroom, unpack shipments of stock and put away. Keep a tidy store front, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, windows, washroom & take out garbage. Duties as assigned A good candidate for this position would have a patient and friendly demeanor, work well under pressure, MUST have the ability to multitask and be extremely organized . Knowledge of small engine equipment is helpful but we are willing to train the right individual. Saturday morning availability is a must. Reliable vehicle to get to work required. Candidate must be able to read and print legibly in English & communicate clearly in English. No Saturdays in July and August!!
