Role Description The Customer Service & Order Processor Print Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendale, CA. In this position, the specialist responds to customer inquiries, provides product and service information, and guides customers through ordering options to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing orders in the system, reviewing job details for accuracy, coordinating with production teams, and monitoring order status from intake to delivery. The role also involves handling materials related to print jobs, preparing and picking orders, and resolving issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally. The specialist collaborates closely with colleagues across departments to maintain high service standards and support a smooth workflow in a fast-paced print environment.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in order processing and order picking to manage print jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Experience with preparation and material handling to support production and ensure proper handling of printed materials.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing orders, job specifications, and customer information.
