Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist

Job description AxiomPrint is looking a reliable and detail-oriented CustoCustomer Service & Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our customer success process—serving as a link between clients and our production team. You'll provide accurate estimates, create job tickets, manage production workflow, and ensure timely and professional communication with clients. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person Prepare detailed print estimates based on client specifications and production capabilities Create accurate job tickets and enter orders into our system for production Monitor and manage the progress of jobs through production to ensure timely delivery Act as the point of contact between customers and internal departments (prepress, production, shipping) Proactively update clients on job status, changes, or delays Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to orders Maintain organized records of jobs and customer interactions Desired Candidate Attributes Previous experience in a customer service role; experience in the printing industry is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage several jobs at once in a fast-paced environment Great communication skills, both verbal and written Basic knowledge of print production or a willingness to learn Comfortable working with estimating software and job tracking systems (experience with SalesForce, Zendesk, Hubspot, Streak is a plus).
