Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist

Job Overview Tile Media Properties is looking for an organized, friendly specialist to own customer orders from entry to shipment. You'll support orders from construction trades customers and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and The Home Depot. What you'll do · Process orders received through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), retailer portals and email · Create Sales Orders and invoices in QuickBooks, checking pricing, SKUs and shipping details · Process EDI orders through SPS Commerce · Create parcel and LTL shipping labels in Starship · Send tracking updates and resolve order and shipping issues · Answer customer and vendor calls and emails, and support the sales team What you bring Required · Experience entering orders and invoices in an accounting or order-management system (preferably QuickBooks) · 2+ years in order entry, customer service or sales support · Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook Nice to have · SPS Commerce or other EDI experience · Starship or other parcel/LTL shipping software · Experience in building materials, tile, flooring or wholesale distribution About Tile Media Properties Based in Marietta, GA, we are the exclusive U.S. distributor of Litokol premium tile-setting and grouting products, along with Faber stone care and VersaLite Stone thin veneer panels.
