Job Summary Customer Service & Order Processing Associate Industry: Plumbing Products Wholesale Position Type: Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and positive team player to join our growing team at a plumbing products wholesale company. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including order processing, customer service, warranty support, and warehouse shipping. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work well with others. Previous experience in the plumbing industry is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn! Key Responsibilities Customer Service Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries. Assist customers with product questions, order status, and general support. Handle warranty calls and help coordinate warranty claims. Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service. Order Processing Enter and process customer orders accurately. Review orders for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with sales representatives and warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. Follow up on order status and customer requests. Warehouse & Shipping Assist with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Help coordinate daily shipping activities. Verify products and quantities before orders are shipped. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Teamwork & General Support Work closely with team members across different departments. Assist with daily office and warehouse operations as needed. Be flexible and willing to help wherever support is needed. Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and processes. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, responsible, and punctual. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including email and data entry. Previous customer service, order processing, or warehouse experience is a plus.
