Customer Service/ Order Fulfillment (Students Welcome to Apply)

About Us: We are a fast-growing, locally owned medical supply store known for reliability, excellent customer service, and a high-energy work environment. We’re looking for motivated, independent individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast paced setting and want to grow with our team. Job Responsibilities: Energize our store with a welcoming attitude as you greet and assist customers. Sort, price, and restock merchandise in an organized and timely manner. Receive and process incoming shipments efficiently. Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment. Prepare and process vendor returns. Report out-of-stock items to management promptly. Assist in training new team members. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management. Maintain working knowledge of store layout and surrounding businesses to better assist customers. Follow company policies, receiving procedures, and loss prevention protocols. Report any theft or suspicious activity immediately. Perform light maintenance duties in the store and warehouse. Complete additional related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Friendly, adaptable, and able to work with diverse personalities. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation required. Ability to frequently squat, kneel, bend, climb ladders, reach, and stand for up to 8 hours (with or without reasonable accommodation). High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, retail, shipping, stockroom, or warehouse work preferred. Hours: 9am-5pm with lunch and breaks. Monday- Friday.
