Customer Service / Order Fulfillment

We're actively seeking a team member who has strong customer service skills, good communication, is proficient with basic PC use and who is organized and teachable. Our company specializes in high performance motorcycle products and is an importer/distributor, as well as a full technical workshop, with a racing program. We're looking for a motivated person who can help with a range of duties, including phone and in-person sales support, assist with shipping & receiving, phone, email and web-based customer service and general shop upkeep. Motorcycle product knowledge and enthusiasm is a plus but not strictly necessary.
