What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service / Operations Agent, you will learn and support the day-to-day operations of our air export shipments, while working closely with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and our internal team.
Responsibilities may include:
• Coordinating and monitoring air export shipments from booking through departure
• Communicating with customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and requirements
• Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation
• Coordinating with airlines, truckers, overseas agents, and other service providers
• Entering and maintaining shipment information in our operating systems
• Tracking shipments and proactively communicating updates
• Responding to customer inquiries and helping resolve issues
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure shipments move smoothly and on time
• Learning and following company procedures and international shipping requirements
• Taking on new tasks and responsibilities as you grow in the role
Experience
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, air export, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
What matters most to us is your work ethic, attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others.
