Customer Service Management Buyer

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and expedite shortages affecting required operation dates
• Maintain delivery information and item data in BAAN LN
• Coordinate supplier commitments and daily demand communication
• Address machine-down emergencies and rush requirements
• Escalate supplier issues and support continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
• Two to four years of purchasing experience
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Proficiency with ERP, Microsoft Office, and Concur
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge is an asset
