Our client is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join their team in Wexford, PA. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day operations, working directly with customers, coordinating shipments, supporting the sales team, and helping ensure orders get where they need to go accurately and on time. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll help manage the customer experience from order through shipment. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email and helping guide customers through the ordering process Processing customer purchase orders and preparing sales orders, invoices, bills of lading, pick lists, labels, and other shipping documentation Coordinating domestic and international shipments, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials Working directly with customers to organize product shipments throughout the U.S. and Canada Partnering with third-party warehouses to coordinate shipping and fulfillment Supporting the sales team by preparing customer quotes Helping troubleshoot issues and resolve competing priorities as they arise Keeping orders and documentation organized, accurate, and moving forward What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a smaller, collaborative team. You’ll likely be a strong fit if you bring: At least 3 years of B2B customer service experience Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at once Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF Experience with QuickBooks or similar business/enterprise software A flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in where needed A team-oriented mindset and interest in learning and growing with the organization Even better if you have: Experience coordinating international shipments Experience with hazardous-material shipping documentation or processes Previous experience working within the chemicals industry
