Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Company Overview Job Overview As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you’ll connect customer needs with dependable logistics and supply chain operations. You’ll coordinate orders, shipments, inventory, and vendor communication while helping teams resolve issues and improve processes. Your impact: Accurate coordination helps customers receive clear updates and supports timely order fulfillment. Duties Coordinate customer service, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, freight, and transportation planning. Track inventory and warehouse distribution; support stocking, inventory control, materials handling, and warehouse operations. Communicate across customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and carriers; assist with purchasing, procurement, sourcing, pricing, contracts, and vendor management. Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory management systems to maintain records and monitor shipments. Collect and analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and support process improvement, demand and production planning, and supply chain analytics. Qualifications Customer service experience and familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, warehouse experience, or supply chain operations are valuable. Knowledge of transportation management, shipping logistics, 3PL (third-party logistics), NVOCC (non-vessel-operating common carrier), trade compliance, and international trade regulations is helpful. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel data analysis, spreadsheets, and data analysis; Tableau, SQL, and AS400 experience are preferred. Familiarity with MRP (material requirements planning), category management, supplier management, negotiation, profit and loss, and materials management is an asset. Ability to communicate across functions and safely perform manual handling; forklift experience is helpful.
