Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Goulding's Wholesale is a growing Newfoundland and Labrador food distribution and bakery business. Our group includes West Tower Bakery and Chatman's Bakery, and we recently added Slush Puppie as an exciting new product line to our wholesale distribution division. As we grow, we are seeking an organized, customer-focused person to join our team and keep orders, deliveries and equipment service running smoothly across the province. What you'll do Orders and customer service Process bakery and Slush Puppie wholesale orders from customers across Newfoundland and Labrador Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries, providing customers with product information, pricing and next steps to become a customer Set up new accounts and handle reorders Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers Logistics coordination Arrange deliveries to customers in all areas of Newfoundland and Labrador, working with our own truck fleet as well as third-party carriers Book shipments, track deliveries and follow up on any delays or damage Equipment service and tracking Schedule service calls for Slush Puppie equipment with our service technician Keep up-to-date, detailed records of each machine's location, customer and service history Follow up with customers to ensure maintenance issues are resolved Must have Strong organizational skills. You keep track of details, deadlines and follow-ups without anything slipping through the cracks. A customer-first attitude. You're friendly, patient and focused on getting customers what they need. You'll also bring The ability to manage several tasks at once A collaborative approach to working across our wholesale and bakery divisions and with outside partners, including customers, service providers and suppliers Comfort using computers, email and spreadsheets Nice to have Experience in customer service, order processing, dispatch or shipping Experience in food distribution or a similar industry What we offer $40,000 to $45,000 annual salary, depending on experience Benefits: Group health and dental cost shared A full-time role with a growing local business Please note, we have no ability to support applications for permanent residency or immigration applications with this position.
