Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview UPakWeShip is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection and transport of shipments and facilitating the smooth movement of goods from our customers to international destinations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of logistics and shipping operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the trucking and shipping process, including documentation. Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient loading and shipping of goods.. Utilize trucking management systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding logistical requirements. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. At least one years experience in logistics is prefered.
