Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service/Inside Warehouse role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The position involves assisting customers by phone, email, and in person, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and coordinating with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and on time. The role also includes maintaining organized inventory areas, restocking shelves, helping with shipping and receiving, and using company systems to update order and customer records. Team members collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and management to support efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication skills. Basic warehouse skills such as picking, packing, inventory handling, and safe material handling. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills. Comfort using computers and basic office software. Previous experience in customer service, distribution, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or customer service is a plus.
