Customer Service & EDI Specialist

Polymer Molding, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service & EDI Specialist to join our Sales team. This position supports customers from purchase order through shipment while managing EDI transactions, Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), customer pricing, order requirements, and customer communications. 2+ years of hands-on EDI and ASN experience is required. Experience with IQMS is strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Process and manage customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment. Process and monitor EDI transactions and customer-specific requirements. Prepare and manage Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs). Manage customer and order information using IQMS systems. Respond to customer questions regarding orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, and quality. Maintain accurate customer pricing and account information. Handle customer concerns, complaints, RGAs, and related documentation. Work closely with Sales, Shipping, Quality, Accounting, Production, and other departments. Assist with commissions, month-end sales reports, and special projects. Support company ISO requirements and Quality Policy. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on EDI and ASN experience – REQUIRED 2+ years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience Experience processing customer purchase orders Strong computer and data-entry skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and deadlines Preferred: IQMS experience Manufacturing customer service experience Automotive manufacturing/customer experience Familiarity with ISO and automotive quality standards Associate degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field Apply Today If you have hands-on EDI and ASN experience and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d like to hear from you.
