Key Responsibilities: ● Manage inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries with speed and professionalism. ● Schedule and dispatch field technicians efficiently using Jobber software. ● Handle customer follow-ups, schedule assessments, and ensure field invoicing is closed out accurately. ● Assist with basic accounts receivable tracking, bookkeeping support, and administrative coordination. Requirements: ● Proven experience using Jobber or similar field service management software. ● Exceptional phone communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. ● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
