Customer Service Dispatch

Job Description: Groome Transportation of Monterey is NOW HIRING customer service dispatchers!! Dispatchers respond to passenger inquiries via phone, manage and schedule reservations, including payments, all while providing excellent customer service. Responsible for directly monitoring, coordinating and overseeing the daily scheduled route operation of the vehicle. We’ll provide you with the training you need to make you successful at your job.
