Celtic CartageCustomer Service Representative Job Description Process all EDI and e-mail work orders into the system Rail Tracing Inbound loads will be traced throughout the day Appointments will be scheduled accordingly based on tracing Advise dispatch of any pre-plans as they will ground overnight for next morning Appointment Scheduling Plan appointments by work load and last free day to avoid storage Advise dispatch of pre-scheduled appointment so they can maximize drivers Integra System Pre-plans: add pick-up number, note ETG, and notify dispatch Billing Coordinator · Auditing and preparing daily invoices for customers · Retrieving and uploading via DriveAxle requested paperwork to customers · Various A/R and A/P duties, such as collections, cash applications, and driver settlements · Providing general assistance to the finance and accounting teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) transportation: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
