Customer Service Associate

Select-Arc, Inc., an industry leader in tubular welding electrodes, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Fort Loramie, Ohio location. We offer fully paid insurance premiums, company paid life insurance, and 401k match. Core Responsibilities: - Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner - Accurately process customer purchase orders through the ERP system, verify pricing, product availability, track shipments, and process returns - Ability to process global purchase orders, work with freight forwarders, and review export documentation - Provide information about products and services - Communicate with the necessary department personnel to resolve product or service issues - Build and maintain an accurate understanding of company products, procedures, and policies Skills / Qualifications: - Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude - 3-5 years customer service experience (knowledge of processing global shipments required) - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and remain organized - High school diploma or equivalent Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
