As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, serving as the essential link between our internal teams, manufacturing floor, and valued clients. Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will bridge administrative precision with real-world plant operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Invoicing & Fulfillment : Accurately issue invoices for all shipped orders, ensuring prompt and precise billing for our customers. Document Management : Scan, file, print and digitally organize essential shipping, logistics, and customer records to maintain seamless operational workflow. Plant Packing Audits : Step out onto the production/plant floor to perform quality and accuracy checks on packed outgoing shipments, ensuring every order meets our high standards. Cross-Functional Communication : Utilize exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with plant staff, supply chain teams, and external clients to resolve inquiries and build strong relationships. Qualifications We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly communicative team player with the technical comfort to navigate modern office operations: Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Fluency in English is a must. Technical & Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using standard software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office) as well as navigating specialized in-house software tools. Office & Print Operations: Familiarity with basic office technology (printing, scanning, document routing) and managing digital workflows. Attention to Detail: Strong auditing skills with an eye for precision, whether reviewing an invoice or verifying packed items in the plant. Automotive or Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in an automotive, logistics, or industrial environment is a strong plus!
