Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance on store merchandise. Generate quality sales transactions with customers Conduct regular inventory control checks to prevent shrinkage, identify stock discrepancies, and support accurate inventory management. Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring merchandising standards are met. Support cashiering duties by processing transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service at checkout counters. Skills Proven experience in retail store operations or warehouse environments with familiarity in stock handling, merchandising, and inventory control. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock organization. Basic math skills for counting stock, processing transactions, and managing inventory records accurately. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills to engage with shoppers confidently.
