Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to split time between helping customers and getting orders out the door. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, whether they're calling, emailing, chatting online, or walking into the store. You'll also help with sample fulfillment and shipping in our warehouse. If you like variety, solving problems, and staying busy, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Answer customer questions by phone, email, and online store chat Help customers track their shipments across multiple carriers and resolve delivery issues Communicate with vendors about stock availability and order status Resolve customer complaints and concerns using company policies and guidelines Pick, pack, and ship sample orders Enter fulfillment information and create shipments in our ERP system Greet and assist walk-in customers in our showroom/store What You'll Need Comfort using a computer, with basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills Clear, friendly phone communication Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks A patient, problem-solving approach to customer concerns Nice to Have Experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify Prior customer service, retail, or warehouse experience Physical Requirements Walk through the warehouse throughout the day Climb a step ladder Lift and carry up to 15 pounds Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
