Hybrid Dispatcher / CSR Oasis HVAC – Chicago, IL $24/HR | Hybrid Schedule | Full-Time Location: 5736 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60659 Oasis HVAC is looking for a Hybrid Dispatcher / CSR to help support our growing service department. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and dispatch responsibilities in a fast-paced home service environment. This position offers a hybrid schedule: Thursday & Friday – In Office Saturday, Sunday & Monday – Fully Remote We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable handling customer calls while coordinating technicians efficiently. What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Schedule service appointments and manage dispatching Coordinate technician routes and communicate schedule updates Assist customers with questions and appointment needs Maintain accurate notes and job information in the system Help manage weekend and after-hours scheduling needs What We're Looking For Previous dispatching and/or CSR experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment Reliable home office setup with stable internet for remote shifts Strong customer service mindset Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus What We Offer $24/hour Hybrid work schedule Full-time stable position Growing company with advancement opportunities Team-oriented environment Full Benefits!
