Starfire Body Jewelry Company (& Body Piercing Studio) is continuing to expand our online presence and is looking for another dedicated, friendly, fun individual to add to our team. We are looking to hire a part-time Online Customer Service Rep & Order Fulfiller / Shipper to help us send beautiful, premium quality body jewelry around the world! Skills/Ideal Candidate: Excellent attention to detail required! Must be relentless in maintaining a high-level of quality & consistency throughout messaging, order notes and shipping. Self-Motivated. Self-Starter. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious & looking for ways to use information already available. The ability to study & learn the styles, sizes & all details of the products we sell. This will all be taught to the standards that we hold. Looking for someone who is eager to learn a new product set for the purposes of making our customer experience smooth, start-to-finish. Job Duties (included, but not limited to): In this vital role, you will handle all customer communications via email, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately. Must be able to provide clear responses to inquiries regarding orders, shipments & product information. Prioritizing and helping be the liaison for custom jewelry commissions Utilize office tools for following-up on orders & inquiries as needed Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping activities in accordance with company standards and trade compliance regulations Utilize systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and ensure accurate order fulfillment Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain precise records of shipments, inventory movements, and order statuses Organizing warehouse area Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Proficient in communication via email in English Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via email in a professional manner Must have/be: Good Work Ethic - show up on time, ready to work! Fun, outgoing attitude A team player Organized, tidy, & able to learn new tasks Comfortable with all sorts of people Someone who is good at giving & receiving constructive criticism Please send a message introducing yourself.
