We are looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator to support our dealer network and assist our sales team with order management, customer communication, and sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and wants to build a long-term career in sales support and distribution operations . Position Details Location: Winnipeg, MB Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours Salary: $18 - $22 per hour (depending on experience) Full-time permanent position What You’ll Do Respond to dealer and customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and availability Process sales orders, quotes, and related documentation Support customer accounts and dealer relationships Track order status and provide shipment updates to customers Maintain accurate customer and product information in internal systems Assist with product launches, dealer communications, and promotions Help ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support : Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with Excel and business software systems : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through Assets (but not required) : Experience working with dealers, distributors, or wholesale customers Interest in photography, cameras, or consumer electronics Why Join DPS Distributors Competitive salary based on experience Stable Monday-Friday daytime schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a developing national distribution business Staff purchase program on photography equipment and accessories About DPS Distributors DPS Distributors is part of the Don’s Photo group of companies , one of Western Canada’s most respected names in photography since 1979.
