Customer Pickup Associate- Onsite Order Fulfillment

If you’ve worked online grocery pickup, curbside service, Drive Up, or retail order fulfillment at Walmart, Lowe’s, Publix, Target, or a similar business, we want to hear from you. ZooLots is an online auction warehouse pickup location. Customers arrive to collect items they’ve won, and our pickup team keeps that process moving. We’re looking for someone who can locate items quickly, keep orders accurate, and provide friendly service—even when several customers need help at once. What you’ll do Locate and retrieve auction items for customer pickup. Verify items against customer orders before handing them over. Keep customers informed while working through busy pickup periods. Handle questions and item-location issues calmly and professionally. Communicate with teammates to resolve problems and keep orders moving. Keep pickup and storage areas organized and accessible. Follow safe lifting practices and get team assistance for heavier items. What we’re looking for Previous experience in grocery pickup, curbside pickup, retail fulfillment, or a similarly busy customer-facing order pickup role. A track record of working quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Comfort switching between retrieving items, assisting customers, and resolving order questions. The ability to stay focused, courteous, and productive during rushes. Confidence using handheld scanners, apps, or digital order systems. Dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to stay actively involved throughout a shift. Physical requirements This is an active, on-your-feet position involving frequent walking, bending, reaching, and handling merchandise. Duties include lifting and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for items over 40 pounds and up to approximately 100 pounds, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 3–7 p.m., and Saturday, noon–4 p.m. Individual shifts will be set within those hours; exact schedule to be discussed during the interview.
