We are expanding our Customer Operations team and are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and customer‑focused professional to join us as a Customer Operations Analyst . This is a fully remote role that offers you the chance to influence the entire order‑to‑delivery lifecycle, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and drive operational excellence across brighthush’s extensive supply chain network. Why This Role Matters Our customers—retail partners, distributors, and e‑commerce platforms—expect flawless order execution, transparent communication, and rapid issue resolution. As the linchpin between internal supply‑chain planners, sales teams, external brokers, and third‑party distributors, you will ensure that every purchase order moves smoothly from entry to fulfillment, supporting brighthush’s promise of “right snack, right moment, right way.” Key Responsibilities Order Execution & Post‑Delivery Care Enter purchase orders (POs) into NetSuite accurately, respecting requested delivery dates and customer specifications. Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) support, including new customer setup and troubleshooting, in close partnership with the internal IT team. Collaborate with the Planning department to mitigate supply constraints, allocate inventory, and execute order prioritization. Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and buyers, gathering real‑time insights on evolving customer needs. Resolve PO discrepancies, revision requests, and stock‑availability questions, delivering proactive customer support. Own the submission of customer acknowledgements and approvals, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Generate analytical reports with Planning to assess order‑size trends and forecast demand spikes. Communicate out‑of‑stock alerts, price adjustments, and promotional updates to customers promptly. Sample & Promotional Activity Support Coordinate sales sample processing, prioritizing requests based on delivery deadlines. Maintain clear post‑delivery communication with customers and internal sales teams. Assist with the execution and delivery of promotional campaigns, ensuring timely fulfillment. Repack / Repurpose Inventory Management Partner with third‑party vendors to schedule and prioritize product repackaging projects. Collaborate with the e‑commerce business unit to convert retail packaging into e‑commerce‑ready formats when needed. Quality‑Related Operational Support Provide operational assistance for quality risk mitigation initiatives. Work with Quality, Operations, and Sales teams to communicate allocation plans, back‑in‑stock timelines, and expedited shipping options. Display / Shipper Coordination Align with Demand Planning on shipper forecasts and schedule pack‑out activities with third‑party vendors. Ensure all required materials (finished goods, packaging) are available, liaising with Procurement when necessary. ERP / Systems & Analytics Leadership Act as the subject‑matter expert for order management during the rollout of new ERP functionalities. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for all owned processes. Lead training initiatives and cross‑training programs to disseminate best practices across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2–4 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply‑
