Precision Electronic Repair ServicesCustomer Logistics CoordinatorPosition Summary Precision ERS is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment. This role ensures materials are received, stored, tracked, and shipped accurately and efficiently in accordance with customer requirements and established service-level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, orderly warehouse. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly identified, tracked, and stored. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues. Shipping and Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation. Prepare outgoing shipments according to customer requirements and established SLAs. Verify order contents, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation. Coordinate shipping schedules and communicate potential delays. Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, label, and stage orders accurately and on time. Ensure shipments meet company packaging and quality standards. Prioritize workload to meet customer commitments and shipping deadlines. Warehouse Organization and Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Ensure materials are stored appropriately and warehouse space is used effectively. Follow safety procedures, inspect equipment, and promptly report hazards or maintenance needs. Customer and Team Support Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve shipping and inventory issues. Provide timely updates on inventory availability and order status. Training and Compliance Complete required ESD, Introduction to ISO/Quality Management System, and other job-related training. Follow applicable company procedures, quality requirements, and documentation practices. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment is a plus. Ability to perform essential physical job functions, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials as required. Working Environment Primarily warehouse-based, involving standing, walking, bending, and handling materials. Must follow established safety procedures and wear required protective equipment. Lifting assistance and material-handling equipment should be used when appropriate.
